Liepāja's conveyor manufacturer Caljan has proven this year that it can make money as fast as new legends about hidden treasures emerge in Karosta's basements - five million euros in profit. While Riga companies are still figuring out how to properly write a business plan, Caljan is already counted among Europe's conveyor kings.
