Chrome browser becomes more dangerous than Karosta night patrol

Google Chrome has discovered a vulnerability that can make your computer do evil things. Liepāja residents are already used to everything coming from outside being suspicious.
Cert.lv has announced that Google Chrome has discovered such a vulnerability that even Karosta's oldest inmates would be ashamed. It turns out that if you open some malicious website, your computer can start doing things you didn't ask for. Almost like the Liepāja tram – you never know when it will stop and why.
Local IT specialist Jānis from Vecliepāja comments: "Well, I've been saying for a long time that it's better to use Internet Explorer. There at least you know it will never work, but Chrome can also deceive you." Indeed, why make it complicated when you can keep it simple.
Particularly interesting is that the vulnerability affects Windows, macOS and Linux versions. It's like rain in Liepāja – no matter what car you have, everyone gets wet. In Riga, of course, they think such technology issues aren't relevant to them, because Draugiem.lv is still enough there.
Cert.lv recommends updating browsers to the latest versions. Liepāja residents have long known – if something works, better not touch it. But this time, perhaps we really should listen to the advice and press that update button.
