The Ministry of Economics has come forward with a surprising idea — apartment owners could acquire the land on which their house stands. According to the new regulations, if the state or municipality doesn't particularly try to divide the land or simply ignores all offers, apartment owners will be able to receive their imaginary shares. It's like on social media — if the other co-owner doesn't respond to messages, they automatically lose their rights.
