Some man with distinctly yellow skin and gray slippers simply walked out of the Infectious Disease Center around 6:00 PM, as if he had just stepped out of his house to buy bread.
According to the police description, the wanted individual is tall with a dark beard and wearing a blue sweater. Local residents are already commenting: 'Well, with that skin color he definitely hadn't come to sunbathe on Liepāja beach,' says a Kurmāja market vendor.
