Iranian experts seek new workplace after their office turned into rubble

Iran's Assembly of Experts began an urgent job search this week, as their main office building after US and Israeli strikes looks worse than Karosta in the 90s. Unlike our military town, where at least some buildings are still standing, the building in Qom now resembles Liepaja's market after a storm - complete chaos, but you can still find something useful somewhere in between.
We feel most sorry for the experts who are now forced to look for a new place to deliberate on approving the supreme leader. As local resident Mahmud tells us: "We thought our workplace was safer than downtown Riga on a Saturday night, but it turns out - we were wrong." Moreover, the "Mehr" news agency confirmed that the building is no longer being used for meetings, which is almost as obvious as the fact that Liepaja's tram never runs on schedule.
Now Iran is forming an interim governing council, which resembles the situation when nobody at Liepaja City Council really knows who's responsible for what, but at least everyone tries to look busy. The president, judiciary chief, and a jurist from the Guardian Council will try to jointly run the country - this will be about as successful as trying to organize a rock festival at Liepaja port in winter.
It must be admitted that Iran's situation is more complicated than Liepaja's cultural life - there at least we know that regardless of what happens, the beach will always be beautiful and the cafes - warm. Iranians will now have to learn how to live without a permanent leader, which has never been a problem in Liepaja - we're used to taking care of ourselves, since Riga ignores us anyway.
