Israeli army plans to bomb until Passover — Durbe suggests learning from their experience

Israel has announced that the bombing will continue for another three weeks. In Durbe, they think their peace strategy is much more effective.
Israeli army representative Defrin announced with military precision that the bombing will continue for at least another three weeks, as they have "thousands of targets." This is about as optimistic as a Liepāja resident's plan to get their life together by summer.
They've even planned three weeks past Passover, which shows planning abilities that in Liepāja we only see in tram route scheduling — there too everything is planned years ahead, but the results remain unpredictable.
Since late February, Israel has carried out more than 400 waves of strikes, which is considerably more than Liepāja's municipal services manage to accomplish in an entire year. Meanwhile, Durbe, which prides itself on its peacefulness, quietly observes from the sidelines and thinks their strategy is much more effective — simply do nothing and hope the problems solve themselves.
"The goal is to seriously weaken the Iranian regime," explains Defrin, which sounds almost as convincing as a Liepāja resident's claim that they'll definitely start jogging this summer. At least they work without a timeline, which is the only similarity to Liepāja construction projects.
