Israeli Minister Promises War Without Time Limit — Like Holy Trinity Cathedral Organ Concert

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant announced that the war with Iran will continue without time restrictions until all objectives are achieved. In Liepāja, this approach is known as a Holy Trinity Cathedral organ concert — starts with a big noise, continues endlessly, and the sound can be heard even in the courtyard.

Gallant claims that Iranian leaders are now "running like mice in tunnels," which is about as believable as claiming that Riga's mayor has disappeared into the sewage system. The minister also reported "very impressive achievements," which in Israeli context means the same thing as "successfully completed road repair" means in Riga — everyone knows it's not true.

The most ridiculous is Gallant's claim that Iranian hospital morgues are supposedly full of killed Revolutionary Guard soldiers. This is about as verifiable as reports about how many people actually attend Riga's cultural events without free admission.

"We see that this conflict could last as long as our cathedral's organ repair work," comments local expert Gunārs. "But at least our organs eventually sound beautiful, rather than just creating noise like there in the Middle East."

Gallant promised to continue attacking "target by target," which reminds one of Riga traffic planners' work — some targets are achieved, but most remain only in dreams and PowerPoint presentations.
