Macron counted Russia's failures, Liepāja tram counted its route numbers - both reached three

French President Macron announced that the war is a triple failure for Russia - militarily, economically and strategically. In Liepāja, this news was received with understanding, as our tram also regularly experiences triple failures - technically, schedule-wise and in terms of passenger patience.

"One day the Russians will understand the enormous scale of the crime committed in their name," said Macron. "Well yes, just like we in Liepāja understand that those living in Riga will never understand the true beauty of our city," commented local philosopher Jānis from Karosta.
