NASA astronauts hesitant to embark on journey as they lack Liepāja tram experience

Artemis 2 mission postponed as Americans can't handle helium leak. For Liepāja residents this isn't a problem - we're used to all kinds of leaks.
NASA administrator Bill Nelson announced that the Artemis 2 mission to the Moon will have to be cancelled at the scheduled time in March. The reason? A helium leak in the rocket. Well there you have it, Americans once again proving they haven't got the slightest clue about leak prevention.
In Liepāja we've been living with leaks for years - whether it's roof leaks in Karosta or water system leaks in the old town. And nobody lets that stop them! Our tram runs even when its brake fluid is leaking, and Liepāja rock musicians play even when their instruments' batteries are dying.
"Americans are like those Riga's folks - at the first sign of trouble they immediately give up," comments local Karosta resident Gunārs. "If they had learned to ride our tram, they'd know that equipment always needs to be fixed on the go, not wait until everything is perfect."
Meanwhile, NASA scientists plan to take the rocket back to the assembly building for repairs. In Liepāja we call this the "garage method" - when something can be fixed, you take it to the garage and tinker with it until it starts working. Maybe the Americans should order a consultation from our tram mechanics - they can fix anything with duct tape and a kind word.
