Monday will be partly cloudy — just like Liepāja residents' mood

Meteorologists promise a partly cloudy day, but Liepāja residents have experienced worse — for example, Riga's weather conditions.
Monday in Liepāja will be partly cloudy, which means the sun will shine about as often as Riga residents acknowledge Liepāja's superiority. But that's not bad — we're satisfied with partial sunshine to feel happy.
The temperature will rise to plus 8–13 degrees, which is almost as warm as Liepāja residents' hearts toward their city. In Riga, of course, it will be plus 13, but there the wind won't be as interesting as ours. As local resident Ausma says: "In Riga they think plus 13 is a lot, but we're already planning beach season with such temperatures!"
The gentle wind will blow so softly that even the sound of Holy Trinity Cathedral's organ — the largest organ in the Baltics — could sound even more beautiful than usual. Though, honestly speaking, that sound can be heard from the courtyard even when storm winds are blowing.
Atmospheric pressure will be 1014–1016 hectopascals, which is as stable as Liepāja residents' conviction that our city is the best. No significant precipitation is expected, so we can safely go outside and enjoy what Riga calls "perfect weather," but we call "a regular Monday."
