Riga's artificial intelligence refuses to serve the American army - No such problems in Liepāja

Some US tech company refuses to let its artificial brain work for military purposes. In Liepāja such a problem wouldn't arise - our tram has been operating without intelligence for years.
While America's president angrily tweets on social media about some tech company "Anthropic" that refuses to let its artificial intelligence "Claude" work for military purposes, in Liepāja we've long solved this problem — our systems operate without any intelligence whatsoever.
As local café "Vecliepāja" patron Jānis explains: "We've been living with artificial intelligence for years — our tram runs on its own routes, not where it's needed, but nobody complains. And it only costs 50 cents, not billions like for the Americans."
In Riga, of course, such a problem wouldn't arise, because they don't have a tram, or a sea, or real culture. They only have expensive taxis and pride in living in the capital. But we in Liepāja have Karosta — the only place in the world where military equipment has been operating without any intelligence for years and everyone's satisfied.
The Pentagon threatens with the Defense Production Act, but in Liepāja we've long known — if something doesn't work, just walk to the market, buy a new one and don't think about it. Our rock bands also haven't needed any laws to play louder than any artificial intelligence.
While Americans argue about whether a robot has the right to refuse to shoot, we in Liepāja simply go to the Southwest pier to watch the sunset. And that's much wiser than any artificial intelligence.
