Riga businessman proves that in the fuel business, more than just gasoline can burn

Oskars Zeiza reveals that Riga's business ethics is as combustible an issue as his company's products.
While at the Liepāja museum we can view history that is truly interesting, Riga businessman Oskars Zeiza has decided to create history that would have been better left unwritten. This fuel business representative has proven that his company "Prax CW" burns not only gasoline, but also the remnants of his reputation.
"Well you see, I always said something wasn't right with Riga businessmen," comments one Liepāja resident. "At our gas station, the worst that can happen is the machine doesn't give you change. But there in Riga, they set themselves on fire."
Zeiza's case reminds us that the highest octane rating doesn't always guarantee a quality life. The businessman, who worked at "Straujupīte" — which, by the way, sounded like the perfect name for the end of his career — will now face a court system that operates more precisely than his gas stations.
"We also have gas stations in Liepāja, but our businessmen know that the only thing allowed to explode is Midsummer fireworks," adds another local resident. While Riga's business circles try to understand how fuel trading can lead to such fiery problems, in Liepāja we continue to prove that the best fuel is sea wind and common sense.
