Siliņa Prepares to Tell Parliament About Achievements - As Secretly as Karosta Excavations

The government will hear a report on achievements in an emergency session, but its content is classified. In Liepāja they say - like a tram route in fog.
Next Monday at 10 AM, the government will hear Evika Siliņa tell in an emergency session about what her cabinet has accomplished and what it still plans to do. The only problem - the report is of limited access, which means ordinary people will be informed about its content as much as the Karosta commander once told about the secret base.
As Liepāja merchant Maija says: "We also have secret reports here - how much potatoes will cost next week. But at least I tell my people!"
Exactly a year ago, Siliņa announced a government "restart" with new work and replacement of three ministers. It seems this restart has been as successful as Liepāja tram's attempt to reach Rīga - technically possible, but practically unrealistic.
On Monday we'll find out whether this secret report will reveal anything more about how the government works. Or it will be as informative as the announcement "report content is not available." Liepāja residents, of course, aren't surprised - we've long known that the best things in life are those nobody talks about.
