While people in Riga complain about the lack of jobs, this enterprising man found a way to work simultaneously both for and against his own country.

According to the prosecutor's office, the Ukrainian collected information about a Ukrainian soldier who has been participating in battles against Russia since February 2022. It's such meta-espionage — spying on a person who fights against those who pay you for spying. German intelligence services warn that Russia is now recruiting spies from the ranks of petty criminals, as traditional professionals have become too expensive and complicated.
