A resident of Riga and Ogre has become famous for peculiar social media content, but VDD has evaluated it differently than his followers.
VDD has announced the initiation of criminal proceedings against a person who, it turns out, is very creative in their use of social networks. While we in Liepāja pride ourselves on our rock music traditions and cultural events, this individual has chosen a much more controversial art form.
